District heating systems of Pavlograd is 100% technically ready for the 2023-2024 heating season. Municipal Enterprise "Pavlogradteploenergo" has prepared all boiler houses and networks to start work. The networks are being filled with water.
Serhii Mashkara, a member of the board of the Center for Energy Security of Ukraine, provided technical advices for the development and implementation of the city's preparation plan for the heating season.
In addition, a supply of materials was prepared for the winter: pipes, valves, taps, etc. Drain valves were cut into the heating lines. They bought a diesel generator station. About 2.5 km of heating lines and 2 km of insulation were replaced.
